I turned around, back to the mirror, with a scalpel in hand. I turned my head as far as I could and carefully place the scalpel to my skin, slowly and methodically making an incision in my lower back. With my other hand I reached into the incision with my pointer and thumb, grasping a vertebrae and pulling my whole spinal column from the hole.
I readjusted a number of vertebrae before placing the tip of the column back to the incision hole and reinserting it.
